ISO-K clamping flange components

ISO-K flange connections are suitable for high-vacuum-tight connections from 10-9 mbar to 1.5 bar and are used in rough, fine and high vacuum technology. An ISO-K clamping flange connection consists of two ISO-K flanges, a centring ring with an outer ring around the O-ring and clamps with which the connection is made and secured. For assembly, you can use clamp bolts, claws or a collar flange with snap ring and bolts.Depending on the vacuum requirements, sealing is done with elastomer seals or a metal sealing ring made of aluminium.

Extensive range of ISO-K flanges and components

novotek Vakuumtechnik GmbH manufactures an extensive range of ISO-K flanges and flange components according to DIN 28404 and ISO 1609. We supply all common standard sizes from nominal width DN 63 to DN 320. We manufacture nominal widths up to DN 630 on request.
All welded components are 100% leak tested and have leak rates better than 1 x 10-9 mbarl/s. If possible, all welded constructions are welded on the inside to ensure absolute freedom from gaps.

In addition to the ISO-K clamping flanges, the corresponding ISO-K components are available for plant construction, such as
